Car Alarms: One door does not activate with the remote., resident technicians, door knobs

Question
I have a suzuki alto LX (India) and I installed autocop DX in it. Now the problem I am facing is -

1. The Front door (next to the drivers) does not work with the remote. It stays locked / unlocked even after activating the remote.

2. The confusion. - This is not a mechanical problem cause if I unlock or lock the same button manually, all the door knobs work with it. So the central locking is working from that door.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions..

On this one, the best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
