Car Alarms: Viper 5900, viper alarm system, optonline net

Question
I purchase a SUV with a viper alarm system on it, install from one of the previous. LCD remote fail in to cup of soda and now all it does is sings. My car won't start and every time I touch it the alarms sounds off. I can' find a Valet botton although theres is a little on off switch under the LED light on the dash. My Questions is how do I disarm of disconnect the alarm aka the VIPER?!!!
