Car Alarms: Remote Start Issues, resident technicians, fuse panel

I recently installed a remote start system on an 1998 Infiniti QX4.  It was an AUTOPAGE RS-622.  It started fine and shut off when you hit the brake without a problem for the first 6 - 7 times tested.  Now, the power windows, locks, sunroof, door chime, power seat, and car will not start.  I check all the fuses and fusible links on the car, I even checked the circuit breakers on the fuse panel on the driver's side.  Could you PLEASE help me with this?
