Car Alarms: Cant disarm an old alarm Remote Valet!!!, alarmtek, fcc id

I have a VIPER Dei 493. FCC ID: EZSDEI493C. http://www.drdetailshop.com/493T.htm

I am having a hard time trying to disarm the REMOTE VALET. Theres only two button (I,II). I tried everything to disarm it, but it won't work. Can you give me any suggestions on how to disarm the REMOTE VALET. THANKS!
