Car Alarms: parklights, light flash, fuse

the parklights of my car won't light when i alarm/disarm..ironically, the parklights light when i turn on the accessory lights for night driving..i think there is something wrong with my alarm only..all of the fuses are ok..what could be wrong? how can i fix it? thanks

I suspect there may be another fuse you are missing.
The fuse INLINE in the parking light flash wire
from the alarm may have burnt.

Please go under the dash. locate the wire going
to the parking light wire and inspect/replace the
fuse found there and then try it.
