Car Alarms: Car Alarm, viper alarm system, gmc yukon

Question
I have a 98 GMC Yukon with a VIPER alarm system w/remote start that was installed about 4 1/2 years ago.  Recently the remote start stopped working, after that the auto locks inside the vehicle won't work unless I have truck turned off.  Also, now the truck randomly wont start.  Checked battery, starter and alternator which are good.  Do you have any idea if the alarm might need to be replaced?

Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing,
and that they paid for when spending
the extra money because they wanted "Viper".

It just became too much for me here.
So, I won't do they're job any longer.

to offer some insight. Good guys and they will treat
