Land Rover Repair: ABS ECU, corrosion issues, communication problems

Dealer checked out ABS light and said ABS ECU not communicating - need to replace.  I bought one used and need to replace.  Where is it located - any special instructions from a power down stand point?

You may be able to just plug it in, but I have to warn you that communication problems are more often wiring corrosion issues, so the computer might not solve the problem
