Car Alarms: Issues with alarm going off when no one is around, 2004 hyundai elantra, car alarm installation

My 2004 Hyundai Elantra has a keyless entry and when I park it and lock it the alarm will sound after a while. Could it be my battery is going dead or something wrong with alarm system.

Could be a shock sensor is too sensitive.
Can also be an open circuit like a light left on,
or a battery drain is causing it to trigger.

I'd run it into a local car alarm installation
company to have it inspected to figure out which
one of these is the trouble.
Likely though, it's a too sensitive shock impact
sensor.  

Have it evaluated and turned down.
