Car Alarms: Viper 476 Owners Manual Needed, remote car starter, fcc id

Question
I never got a owners manual for my Viper alarm and remote car starter.  I
believe it is a 476 model as the remote says FCC ID EZSDE1476 RPN 476V.

I'm trying to find a manual so I know how to adjust the time before it shuts
off, to see if I can get the defroster to kick on and to see if this has a auto
timer that turns on the truck every few hours.  

Can anyone get me a manual OR just tell me what buttons to press for the
auto timer, etc.

couple of guys at sales@tampacaralarms.com or,
ctursi@optonline.net , who might be able
to offer some insight.
