Car Alarms: Door wont unlock, car alarm installer, override switch

Question
I have an Omega C-5 anti-theft alarm system that was installed by the previous owner.  It has worked perfectly for 3 years.  Now the passenger door won't unlock - even with the key and the driver door won't lock with the remote.  I have tried the override switch, but that did not fix the problem.  What can I do to fix this, as my Miata only has the two doors and I really need the passenger door to unlock.

Sounds like the door lock motor needs to be replaced,
or repaired. It's an after market kit, as this car
did not come with power locks of it's own.

Best suggestion is to go to an after market car alarm installer for inspection
and repair to get it going again.
