Car Alarms: Remote Start Tach or Tachless Mode, 2000 kia sephia, kia sephia

Question
I am installing a crimestopper RS-1304.DP.II on a 2000 Kia Sephia.  Which is the safest & most reliable?  Tach, Tachless or Timed crank option.  I have a WIREMAGIK diagram showing Tach wire location with notation "set for 2 cylinders"  The default setting is TACHLESS but I would think that Tach mode is probably better. I woul appreciate your advice.       Thank You

Answer
Going to the tach mode is the best method
for direct connection reliability, and
the unit's internal memory of the correct rpm rate
to safely start is retained in the tach mode.
Also, it's best in the coldest areas to go tach
so that it's always going to start because it's memory
is directly connected, as opposed to induction
through the power lines to start the engine.
Induction/tachless may cause the engine to
start on the second or third try in tachless
mode when sub zero weather is your environment.

Your call though. Both work well in most
all cases.
