Car Alarms: Remote Starter / Alarm, resident technicians, code alarm

My Code Systems, Inc remote starter / alarm with the code FCCID:GOH-FRDP2002 stopped working.  I replaced the battery, which I have done before with success, but it still doesn't work.  My husband's remote still works.  My brother told me that the remote may have to be re-programmed.  Is this something I can do?  Thanks.

my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
