Car Alarms: programming keyless entries remotes for 1993 Mazda 626 LX, 1995 mazda 626, mazda 626 lx

I have a 1993 Mazda 626 LX and have remotes for a 1995 Mazda 626 LX and need to know if they can be programmed for the 1993 Mazda , both have factory security system. Never recieved remotes for the 1993 and every time you lock the doors the horn and lights come on. Hoping the 1995 remotes will work.Need to know if you know how to program them Thank You
