Car Alarms: need some sense to programme, dodge ram 2500, fcc id number

hey i just bought a 1998 dodge ram 2500 diesel,it has an alarm and remote starter,everything was working fine when one day the alarm went off wasted all the battery, i then boosted the truck and no alarm and no starter works anymore i think it may need to be reprogrammed this alarm must be the same age as the truck i took off the box and i cant see anything writtern on it or what kind of make it is the only thing i know is the fcc # on the back of the remote which reads MKYSS850TX can someone please tell me where to start this is the first unit i ever had and i wish it would work again thanks for any help

It SOUNDS LIKE YOU MAY HAVE BLOWN A FUSE
WHEN YOU JUMPED IT.

Please go to www.keynfob.com
and identify what after market alarm system
you have there using the FCC ID
number on the back. Then try to go to the
manufacturer, and contact them directly
on the control features and functions of
your particuar alarm system.
