Car Alarms: Key Pad ignition lock, fleetwood bounder rv, valet mode

Hi,I'm hoping you can help!!
I just purchased a 1995 motor home,Key pad on the dash. I know the code, and it was working, I would turn the ignition  to just before the motor would start,the key pad would light up, (I noticed in the past, before starting the motor the  * would glow red, I would punch in my 4 digit code the motor would start ( could I have done something when cleaning the area?) now the # is glowing green and the ignition needs no code to start. putting in a code ???  Someone said it's in Valet Mode, I have no clue on what to do,or how to get back to the way it was working,  can you please help me ?????

No idea what system you have there.
But my guess is it needs to come out now.
One of these days, it's going to strand you.
Count on it.

I sell a simular device (www.12voltplanet.com) and
they come freq. locked. So, if you forget the code,
your SOL.

Since you now own it, I'd remove it, and start fresh.
Just a friendly tip. I own a 34 foot Fleetwood Bounder
RV that came with a security system and no remote.
Guy said he lost it and it never worked right.
I immediately removed it and put in a great system
that I knew, and could control. It simply
did not make sense to leave an unknown system in
there, and possibly having it "wake up" at
the wrong time!

I don't know the fix for the one in your truck,
but again, it's probably a good idea to simply
take it out.
