Car Alarms: Python alarm, yellow button, remote start

My alarm and remote start kept going off on its on, I went out and turned it off and tried to start it with the key and it won't start.  I was told that the kill start might have been activated. I tried to push the button under the dash but it won't reset.  What else can I try?

Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.
