Car Alarms: astrostart/dodge ram locks, resident technicians, astrostart

Question
I have an '05 dodge ram. I had astrostart starter installed about 3 months ago.  about 1 month ago I noticed that when I engage my parking brake the door locks will lock on their own. when it does this the starter remote will not actuate the lock/unlock functions AND when trying to unlock/lock with the drivers door switch it is reversed...pressing unlock will try to lock and pressing lock will unlock. I have shut the switch off for the starter but this still occurs. If the park brake is not engaged, or disengaged then everything works as it should.
I have spoken with the installer briefly about it and he said he had never heard of anything like that before. any ideas for me to pass along as he wants me to leave it with him for a day to diagnose.

Don't know the feature setting on your
systen, The best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
