Car Alarms: Carbine Alarm Trouble, resident technicians, carbine

Question
I wanted to add a start disable to my Carbine alarm (carbine plus 3000). I disconnected the two plugs in the back to get the model #, now the alarm horn goes off. I tried to reset with the key fob but it only locks the doors, the siren is still going off!! I disconnected the batteries and reconnected them and the same thing! I left it disconnected for 3 hrs plugged it back in and the horn still goes off! What could I try next?

my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
