Car Alarms: viper 791xv remote start not functioning correctly.., turbo timer, little smoke

well.. the only problem is that.. the icon that shows the car is on (little smoke comming out of exhaust).. won't go away after the car turns off.. even, when i'm right inside the car still..(after turbo timer cycle).. it use to before.. it would  beep and the icon would disapear on my remote.. but it just stopped alerting me when my car turns off.. any ideas?

Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.
