Car Alarms: Clifford alarm too sensitive, clifford alarm, yellow button

Question
I have just purchased a 99 BMW 316i, it has a clifford alarm fitted, I am not 100% sure of the model the back of the key fob gives me a number of CZ57RRKO although this appears to be the ID of the key fob rather than the alarm, this may help though.  It has an immobiliser and sounding alarm on it.  I have a flashing light installed to the right of the gear stick, just under drivers elec windows, and two buttons on the other side.  I have no idea what these buttons do? The alarm keeps going off in daylight when there is rain, do these buttons effect sensitivity? if not how can I reduce this so it does not wake me (and my neighbours) at 4am!? Thanks Mike

Answer
Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.

Sorry I could'nt be of more service.
