QUESTION: Honda civic, VTI 1994,

Answer
Ok, re do the wiring to make a correction on the tach wire
and tach learning mode.

Since all remote starters
are different, you would need to consult
your manual for instructions to do that,
but the car wiring info is at the
Honda Civic Archives at www.hondasecurity.com

Good luck with the repair/ trouble shooting.
