Car Alarms: viper alarm, yellow button, d light

Question
i am driving a company truck ( f-350 dually ) it has a viper alarm installed on it long before i received the truck.after changing the battery in the remote i cant get any response out of it. i cant get near the truck much less get it started. the doors are unlocked but the truck thinks it is still armed. the only thing i know about this alarm is the numbers on the back of the remote. fcc idezsde1489   the blue l.e.d. light is still blinking like the alarm is armed. nobody knows how to get this thing back to normal or how do unarm the whole thing. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, im stuck till i get this truck started

Answer
Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.

Sorry I could'nt be of more service.
