Car Alarms: 2006 G6 Factory installed remote starter, key fobs, alarmtek

Question
Can't get the car to start remotely from Fob. It used to but now only flashed the lights once and will not turnover. Have been suggested to disconnect the battery for 1 hour in hopes of resetting it. It turned over for 10 seconds but would not start and will not start again since.Will only flash the lights after the lock is depressed once. Tried both key fobs with no luck.

as that system is integrated into the GM
product you have, and a dealer will need to explain
it's workings, functions and set ups.
