Car Alarms: Car Alarm Clicker non responsive, toyota corolla, programming instructions

I purchased a 2000 toyota corolla that had a previously installed car alarm in it. The alarm system works great, but when I push the unlock button, it seems to stick, and not activate the unlocking/deactivation of the car alarm. Where can I find a new car alarm clicker, if at all?

transmitter, or to aquire new ones.
