Car Alarms: 2003 Silverado Passlock problems, passlock system, radio harness

I have gone through 4 batteries so far.  Alternator checks out fine, so do batteries, when I charge battery up and then go have it checked.  When I lock the truck with the keyfob, battery is dead in a couple of days.  If I lock the truck manually, with a key, everything seems fine.  Would the GM self-learning bypass module you have help me here?  I have disconnected the radio harness, pulled fuses for radio and amp(Bose),battery still goes dead with keyfob, but does not seem to die with just using key manually at door to lock it.  Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!  I am somewhat good with electronics and schematics, etc.  I just can't pinpoint the battery drain except to that Passlock system.  Thank You!

Likely, but if you are having mechanical/electrical issues now, no guarantee it would help.

But without knowing the root cause of the drain, can not say
for certain. But it WILL bypass the passlock fuel rail
injection cut off. So I would give it a shot to discount
PASSLOCK as an issue.
