Car Alarms: stuck with my viper alarm on, viper 300, viper alarm

Question
I have a viper 300 and i didn't have a remote so i got one off the net and as i was programing the buttons the alarm armed up and now i cant shut it off or any thing. I would like to reset it or something. Thank You

Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
