Car Alarms: programming, hyundai tiburon, good luck

my old keyless remote broke and a purchased a new one from the dealer.i asked them if it had to be reprogrammed and he said yes some of them come with instructions.he looked in the box and it didnt have any and he said they would do it for an additional 40 dollars. he said i could do it myself if i knew how. How do u programm it for a 1999 hyundai tiburon
