Car Alarms: 97 Honda Civic, honda civic, keyless entery

My daughter has a 97 Honda civic with a gargoyle CS2000 alarm, after market. The remote keyless entery does not work. We tried changing the battery twice. I am assuming the keyless fob is bad. How can I order a new one and reprogram the new key fob?
