Car Alarms: cobra 2 window closer unit, livelyhood, ebay

hi
i have bought a window closer of a seller on ebay it is a cobra unit has 7 tags in a row and the number 1980 on a sticker on it i have asked the seller for the wiring diagram for it but he dosn't reply to my emails. could you please tell me how to wire it up and the tag connections on it.
i hope you can help with this as it is now the second time i have been sold an item and found it to be of no use.
