Chevrolet Repair: 91 cavalier rs blower motor no worky, fuse box, blower motor

What could be the prob? All fuses and relays have been swapped out,resistor swapped,dash heat/ac switch control cluster swapped out from a known good car. If I jump power straight to the blower motor it runs at only high rpm but obviously because its direct power. What am I missing here?

Hi Dan, The first place to start is to check for 12 volts at the blower switch. If you don't have power here move back to the fuse. Check to make sure there is power at the fuse. If there isn't the problem might be the ignition switch, the power comes from the ignition switch to the fuse box.
