Car Alarms: Car alarm malfunction, ac delco, alarmtek

I bought a new 2004 trailblazer. and wanted an upgrade in the alarm system!  I paid the dealer for the system and received no users guide on the system! The dealer told me to call the installer and the installer told me they gave the dealer the user guide.  The information that I received at that time was a note on the invoice "ultra star" and I overheard someone say AC Delco.

I looked at the unit and it has 2 items. a smaller model that is from Directed Electronics model 455g which I found out is a bypass unit.  The larger module has nothing except fcc ID which is EZS249564.  This number is registered to Directed Electronics. This unit has a tag "ok/1c".  There is another code which was on one of the units "A23"  I've called DEI and Star Customs, the installer, and no one can give me any information on the unit. Can you please help me find out about this unit! Thanks
