Car Alarms: Door opener, sudden time, time relay

Hi. I have just imported a -47 Mercury from Louisiana to Norway. When I bought the car an automatic door opener type MAS was installed. It was working properly when it was installed, and it was also working properly when the car came to Norway last thursday. But the day after one door would not open. The central unit of this door opener is called part # DLR 4, and when I push the remote control on left door I hear a click in this unit, and after a little while the door opens. It sounds like a timer that is engaging, and after a sudden time it gives a signal to the door opener itself. But on the right door, when I push the remote control, the DLR4 is clicking all the time, and the door is not opening. Sounds like the time relay is not holding long enough. It is annoying, because the unit is brand new. I do not have any paper work on the unit, and it`s impossible to get it here in Norway. Could you pls help me, or give me an adress to manufacturer or dealer where I can get help and evt spare parts for this unit?
