Question -
(1) Headlights:  How do I replace a bulb in the headlight?
(2) Windshield wiper:  My windshield wiper is not working.  I've been told it is either the trans (?) or the motor.  (a) How do I tell? and (b) how would I replace?

Thanks for your quick response.
It is a 2000 C230 in re to the headlights.
In re to the windshield motor, everything else in the car works fine, but the windshield wiper doesn't 'move' when turned on.  If you still think its the fuses, do the local auto parts stores carry them and where are they located in the car to replace them.

Many, many thanks.
Tim

I'm new to car repair, but I think relatively good with my hands.  Does it make sense to buy the parts online (significantly cheaper) and attempt these repairs myself?

Many thanks,
Tim
Answer -
I must have year, make, model to answer your question.

Wiper motors are a very rare issue.
Best advice:
Replace every fuse in the car with NEW fuses, retest, then proceed.

Answer
Check with your local dealer on the
My local dealers change the bulb free if you buy the bulb from them.
The following two links are the best I could locate.
The headlight bulbs can be reached from under the hood, a strong light helps, the lock ring takes a counter clock 1/6 turn, the entire job takes seconds.
