Car Alarms: KARR alarm, karr alarm system, alram

I have a KARR alarm installed in my minivan, and just today found out my driver side window shattered and all my electronics gone. According to a neighbor, they already saw my car window shattered the night before I found out this morning. The incident probably happen around before 8 pm or 9 pm. We did not heard anything (alarm going off), and as far as we know the windows are supposed to have sensors too. Now it cost me $250 to get another window, as my insurance doesnt cover it (deductible of $500). The alram did not even go off, its a 2006 Odyssey. Can I demand to be reimbursed for the "useless alarm system". I mean, I felt all safe that the car would not be broken into, if not at least "alarm shoud be working"! Its a lot of hassle! cost me a day of not getting to work. Help!

That one is for a lawyer. You can also talk to the
installer about it. Or even contact the manufacturer.
