Car Alarms: flashing security light and truck wont start, alarmtek, dash area

2003 1500 dodge p/up w/ magnum.  remote wouldn't unlock door and when openned it with key a security light was blinking and truck wouldn't even turn over.  Is this b/c of my alarm?  I tried turning the key like you said in other questions and it didn't work.  Thanks

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
Is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
"going off"?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action.
