Car Alarms: Car Alarm for 2000 Dodge Neon, dodge neon, power locks

I have a 2000 dodge neon that was recently broken into and I had my stereo system stolen.  I would like to install a car alarm but wondered if it was a problem that my car has manual locks and windows?  It seems most alarms have features for power locks and keyless entry.  Can a car alarm be used on my car?  I am not looking to spend a whole lot but would like to protect my car and its contents including the insurance company replaced stereo system.

Sure. and in this instance it's easier
since all doors are manual.
