Question
hi, i have a 94 jeep cherokee, changed out battery a few weeks ago, now car won't start. battery good, was able to start car once by jumping starter. But now wont start at all, we believe it has to do with the alarm, states viper installed but we believe its a factory installed alarm. We have everything pulled out from under dash, but not sure which wire or fuse to pull to overide the starter kill, fcc id is dei 467-what could be the problem, please help..

Answer
No, sorry but I don't sell, support,
or service DEI equipment or they're past or,
present clientel here.

However if you need help with your
Directed electronics
alarm system, contact my collegues at
SALES@TAMPACARALARMS.com .

They have volunteered to field these emails
for us here at ALARMTEK as a courtesy to me.

Please be kind, as they are not paid to help you.
They do this to advance the support to the
after market that DEI will not.

Good luck with it.
Tell them I sent you!

PS-FYI. If it's factory, the headlights would flash,
and the horn would honk, but no starter kill.
Just a noise generator. So since you are in
no start mode, I think you should contcat
the email above.
