Car Alarms: Executive Keyless Alarm System, alarmtek, starter wire

I have a 1996 Honda Accord with an executive alarm system and have read all the previous answers about the toggle/valet button and tried this multiple times, but the car will still not start. Any suggestions on what to do next? I don't have the clicker - it is 3 hours away, but would having the clicker make a difference?

No if the car alarm has starter kill and the
valet procedure is not helping, the next step
is to pull the alarm and repair the starter
wire (black/white) in the ignition switch harness
so you can start it and go.

Sorry, but there just one way to get this
done without removal, and you said it does
not work.
