Car Alarms: Reset alarm, valet mode, tow truck driver

Question
QUESTION: How do you reset an alarm so a car can be started.  It is a 1999 toyota corolla and they could not find the valet switch as mentioned in a previous answer.  The car was towed and the tow truck driver set off the alarm.  Now the car can not be started.  The battery is not dead.

ANSWER: Then unfortunately, the alarm will need to be removed
and the car's wiring repaired.

Sorry, but if no valet,
there's no recourse.

QUESTION: Do 1999 toyota corolla's have a valet switch?  If so any suggestion where it will be?  Looked under the dash but not sure what it looks like.

Answer
You are dealing with an after market alarm maam.
You would need the valet switch, usually under the dash
area to the left leg side, and follow the previous
info to toggle into and out of valet mode.

Can't tell you exactly where an installer would
have put it, but there is no magical "fix"
to it. Without the switch, it's a no go.
