Car Alarms: prestige car alarm, prestige car, alarm features

My car battery went dead on my 1995 Acura. I changed the battery and my alarm won't cut off and my car won't start. How do I dis activate the alarm so that the car can turn on. It is a Prestige APS92BT2CL

Please try to locate the valet switch
to overide the alarm.

If you would read some of the previous
posts I made on this subject, you will
see the procedure to toggle into and out
of valet/override mode. It allows
you to set and reset the starter kill mechanism
as well as all other standard alarm features.

This should also apply to yours.
