Car Alarms: 2003 Honda arccord car wont start because of karr alarm, p park, d drive

Question
when I turn my key to ignition on (II), I saw lights on both P (park) and D (drive) positions. Then the light on D (drive) turn off, the P (park) light still on. Then start the engine, it won't start.
I tried to reset the karr alarm by turn my key to ignition on (II), then press the valet key so the blue light turn solid, then turn off key. Repeat again, this time try to start the engine, it still didn't start.
Note that when I click panic button, it didn't sound. If I press panic button 3 times, then car will sound but NOT regular panic sound. It sounds like someone try to break the door and get in the car without unlock the alarm.
Please help reset karr alarm, or give me any advice that I can start my car engine. Thanks a lot.

Read in you Karr manual about system resetting, because
if you already tried the valet, then you will
need the users manual to determine the trouble,
and correct it. Karr is not sold here, so I have
no info on it's features or how to control
them.
