Car Alarms: PrestigeAPS2K4 alarm w/kill switch, prestige alarm, alarmtek

I printed out the instructions on reprogramming the alarm button on my daughter's 2006 Saturn however it will not deactivate the kill switch.  She is unable to start the truck.  we have checked the batteries and all other functions work.  We have not been able to locate the original instructions.   HELP

If you have the instructions, then I don't
know what I can do for you that would be different?

It should be locate the valet switch,
key in and on, press and hold in valet button for up to
7 seconds or, until the alarm responds with a chirp.

That should be overide. If it's not,
you will need to tow it into a shop that does
Audiovox/prestige alarm installs to show you how
it's done, or to disable it.
