Car Alarms: Car Alarm Goes Off When Locked, buick lasabre, car alarm installation

Question
I have a 1999 Buick Lasabre and if I lock the car with my factory installed remote, periodically and after some time the horn beeps until I unlock it with the remote.  I want to be able to lock my car without this happening. HELP!
