Car Alarms: 1994 jeep cherokee alarm, jeep cherokee, door jamb

The disable instructions were to ground out the OM system by locating a purple/yellow wire in the driver kick? at the black plug? Where is this so I can disconnect my system also. Thanks.

Can't get too much clearer on that really.
That wire is coming out of the drivers side door,
into the cab of the Jeep. Locate that harness,
then the wire, and track it to the black plug, or
simply splice in where you find it coming from
the door jamb and ground it there.
