Car Alarms: flashinglights/doors lock/autostart not working, 2004 chevy aveo, chevy aveo

I own a 2004 Chevy Aveo,with factory alarm/keyless entry,the problem is the previous owner had a automatic start installed and I don't have the owner's manuel to reset.. The biggest problem is it's affecting the alarm system/door locks,locking by itself with or without anyone in the car,lights flashing horn honking.I brought it to the dealer and they couldn't fix it(or so they said!)Please help!

Please try to locate the valet switch
to overide the alarm.

If you would read some of the previous
posts I made on this subject, you will
see the procedure to toggle into and out
of valet/override mode. It allows
you to set and reset the starter kill mechanism
as well as all other standard alarm features.

This should also apply to yours.
