Car Alarms: 1998 mustang, trw inc, fcc id

I have a 1998 ford mustang,i foolishly disconnected the battery over the weekend,and now the immobiliser is activated and the alarm is going off constantly.I have two seperate key fobs both of which lock and unlock the doors still,but neither one seems to de-activate the alarm.The theft light comes up on the dashboard and i think the lights are trying to flash although not very brightly. the key fob has trw writtewn on it and fcc id;gq43vt4t doc;1470 k763 trw inc 3165189,

You've reset the codes on the PATS
(PASSIVE ANT THEFT SYSTEM).

There's not alot you can do to
change that.

Sorry, but please contact the local Ford dealership
for recoding the keys to the PATS in your car.

They do this by the VIN registration.
Have this info ready when you call the
service department.
