Car Alarms: 2000 Accord Car Alarm, code pop, car 2000

Question
I had an XM direct connection (via CD Changer) installed in my car a year ago.  When it quit working, I tried to fix myself -- which I was able to do.  I had to unplug the radio and then re-install. Once I entered the code into the radio, all worked well.  However, since then, after I alarm the car (2000 EX -- Factory Alarm), the alarm will go off -- for no apparent reason.  I use my remote key fob to turn off the alarm and then reset.  This does turn off the alarm -- but then several minutes or hours later (does not appear to be a pattern), the alarm will go off again.

Is there an alarm reset process I need to go through?

Answer
You are going to have to call the service department
at the local Honda dealer and tell them about
the power down and code pop.

They should be able to reset it by vin# for you.
but at the moment, the alarm does not recognize when
it's supposed to work.
