Car Alarms: Clifford security system, 12 volt, installation forum

Question
My son drives our 96 Volvo which has a Clifford system in it. One of his friends removed the key (he put it back in)and engine has stalled and cut out ever since. It seems as if the fuel shuts off. Is there a way to disable the system or is there a way to fix this? We bought the car used so we don't have any manuals or info on the system.
