Car Alarms: Viper H500 car alarm, shock sensors, motion sensors

I have a 1998 chevy suburban with an Viper H500 car alarm. This alarm has shock sensors,motion sensors and auto start. My problem is sometimes when i get ready to start the car everything is dead. I can drive for 1 min or 2hrs, just sometimes dead. Definitely not the battery or alternator. Now the key pad light will not go out and i have changed the battery and the light is still on. I do however know that the motion sensor wiring has broken.
