Car Alarms: Alarm recommendation, car alarm system, wheels rims

Question
QUESTION: Hi, I'm looking for your recommendation for a car alarm system for a '68 Mustang. I need 2-way paging, with min 1,000 ft range, code-hopping, dual shock sensor, alarm when doors are opened, tilt sensors on hood and trunk, starter kill, dedicated siren, battery back-up. Don't want/neeed remote starting. I plan to install myself.

ANSWER: Gotcha.
 Ok see the following:

www.pagingalarm.com
I am leaning towards the AUT0PAGE rf-420
piece for over all range. The ASTRA 777 is
usually at 1000 ft. and the AP RF-420 is about
at 2000 feet normally.

Then add the tilt sensor that detects a 5% angle veriation.
1 will do it. It sets automatically to the angle you park it on. very cool.
Great way to save those wheels & rims!
I suggest a progammable 20 tone siren to distinguish
yours from everyone elses, and add a solid backup battery
and you've got a decent, self installable comprehensive
security system. To really do it up if you want to add power door lock actuators,
I have just the kit for that, as well as a trunk
release solinoid for an added trick or two.

Oh, starter kill is free this week if buying shortly.
That sale ends on Monday coming.

Let me know if I can put together everything you want
to do here.

Regards.

QUESTION: The Astra 777 sounds good. Can you give me a price for the 777, a tilt sensor, motion sensor, battery back up and a programmable siren. I was looking at the tilt sensor to keep from lifting the hood and disconnecting the battery. I don't need a trunk or door release yet.thanks

Answer
Ok Dave, I can save you a couple of bucks there.
A heavy duty hood pin switch will be included
for this project free of charge, and the alarm
does the rest. It also comes with a 2 stage shock
of it's own, so that's a 50.00 savings on the
electronic tilt sensor. Not required.

But I'd rather quote the rate privately,
as this site is designed to assist not to sell,
and it's best to keep it professional here.

Please call the office at 813 963-3012
and I will go over all your desired features,
go over any questions or veriables,
and I will take your CC payment on the phone.

Thanks.
